Pine Street Central Valley Waste Services » Recycling Program The California Integrated Waste Management Act of 1989 (AB939) required that local agencies divert from landfills at least 50% of their waste generated by the year 2000 and continue to meet this goal yearly. The City has met the goal and continues to meet their goal as required each year. More Info » Household Hazardous Wastes such as paint, oil, antifreeze, pool chemicals, fertilizers, batteries, cleaning products or any other household products can be taken to the San Joaquin County Hazardous Waste Facility located at 7850 Bridgeford St (at the Stockton Airport). This facility is open to the public, free of charge, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 9:00am-3:00pm. Waste Management, doing business as Central Valley Waste Services, proudly serves the cities of Lodi and Isleton as well as San Joaquin County, South Sacramento County and other surrounding communities.
