The County of San Joaquin Solid Waste Division delivers affordable, efficient, environmentally sound integrated waste management services - disposal services, recycling, special waste recycling, household hazardous waste management, and waste oil collection - to businesses and residents throughout San Joaquin County.

Hazardous Waste

Household Hazardous Wastes such as paint, oil, antifreeze, pool chemicals, fertilizers, batteries, cleaning products or any other household products can be taken to the San Joaquin County Hazardous Waste Facility located at 7850 Bridgeford St (at the Stockton Airport). This facility is open to the public, free of charge, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 9:00am-3:00pm. For additional information, call the County Solid Waste Office at 209-468-3066.

E-Waste

E-waste and appliances collected every day at no charge for residents of the County.  There are limits on the quantities, so we advise they call us if they have several items.  This service is available at Lovelace Transfer Station, North County Landfill, and Foothill Landfill.
